This is where the Housing Support Team work, where residents may pay rent, collect post, ask questions or report maintenance or health and safety issues.
The reception opening hours are: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
There is a pay phone in the reception area.
There is a laundry room on the ground floor for residents' use, with coin-operated washing and drying machines.
All electricity in residents' rooms is obtained through an internal card-operating meter. £1 electric cards can be purchased from the vending machine near the laundry.
All rooms have a television socket connected to a communal aerial in the roof. Any resident using a TV in their room will require a television licence.

The YMCA has provided residents and clients with access to both the internet and email facilities to support their personal development.
